In this section we provide information about the buying and selling auction conditions and guide you through the online auction, ‘step by step’, using the conditional auction method. This is where a sale is agreed immediately at the end of the specified time period. Exchange occurs conditionally online, if your agreed reserve is met or exceeded at the end of your chosen time period. The successful bidder then has 28 days to exchange contacts and a further 28 days for completion. Please note, following a successful bid at auction our realtors will be in touch to issue an ‘as-is’ contract and guide you through the necessary USA based legal process to complete the sale of the property. So as you can see the auction operates in much the same way as if you were selling in a live auction room, but it’s online. Properties that are available for sale by this method are marked as “Condtional”.
